A hybrid role at the heart of our growth strategy

In this role, you will be fully involved in the entire recruitment cycle, from understanding the business needs to integrating the selected profiles. You will be both strategist and executor, ambassador of our brand and partner to our internal and external customers. You won't just be waiting for applications to come in; you'll be developing a proactive approach, reaching out to talented people and building up a pool of profiles in line with our vision and the challenges of our assignments.

You will also be asked to propose initiatives to improve our methods, refine our messages and optimise our tools. Because our ambition is to make recruitment an agile, high-quality and deeply human function, we're counting on you to enrich it with your ideas and your ability to listen.

You won't be working alone: you'll be part of a team that values dialogue, autonomy and cooperation. Your contacts will include business experts, HR managers, assignment directors and external partners. Together, you'll create fair and lasting encounters between personalities, expertise and high-impact projects.

The profile we're looking for? 

We're looking for someone who loves people, understands what's at stake in organisations and enjoys building bridges between the two. Someone who knows how to listen, analyse, reformulate, convince and above all... build. If you have at least three years' experience in recruitment, are comfortable with digital sourcing and application management tools, love the French language as much as Dutch, and want to give meaning to your skills, this is the opportunity for you.
