Raphaël has 20 years' experience in public procurement, project management, transformation and change management programmes. This expertise has been acquired through working with a diverse client base in sectors as varied as energy, healthcare and the media, among others. Focused on customer satisfaction, he stands out for his ability to listen attentively and find lasting solutions, even in complex situations, while meticulously assessing the associated risks (certified RIMAP European Risk Management Professional).
Sophie has over 15 years' experience in recruitment. Her career path has led her to work internationally, particularly in the legal, finance and insurance sectors. She has considerable expertise in change management, restructuring, in-company coaching (ICF accredited), skills assessment, career guidance, end-of-career support and many other related fields. Known for her caring and positive attitude, Sophie is a highly respected professional in her field.
